How to create Shortcut or Hotkey to Remove your USB safely

As a data transferring method we use some USB devices, they are Flash Drives(Pen Drives) and Memory Cards. When we connected these devices to a computer, we can easily transfer or store data in those. After the sharing data we remove it from computer. Then there is a way to remove it safely before removing it directly from computer. So we can do this by Right click on the USB icon in the task tray and click Safely Remove. 
But we cannot do this always. It is some what spiny work to do always. So then if we have shortcut or shortcut key to do it, it is very easy to work. Here I'm gonna tell you how to create shortcut and shortcut key to remove your USB drives safely from your computer.
Follow these steps to do this simple trick.

Step 1
Right click somewhere on the desktop and go to New > Shortcut.

Step 2
Now paste below code in the text field of the Create Shortcut wizard box and click Next.

RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

Step 3

Now give a name to shortcut, as an example I put Safely Remove to this shortcut. And click Finish.

Step 4

Okay. Now you already created a shortcut to safely remove. To test it connect an USB drive and double click on the shortcut you have created. See now it's working.

Step 5

Now let's see how to create shortcut key to this icon.

Right click on the shortcut icon and go to Properties. Under the shortcut tab give a shortcut key stroke and click Apply > OK. As an example I put Ctrl + Alt + R for it.

Step 6

Connect your USB dive and press your shortcut key stroke to remove it safely.
