Anak-Pit Blogger Template

Passing a Year means pass off an one year from our duration of life. So we mustn't happy when we passing a year. We must sad about it.
Now 2013. I wish you all Happy New Year!
This is the first post of 2013 new year. In this new year I thought to give you a gift. I think you can remember the previous template of our blog. Today I'm going to give it to you.
The template name is "Anak Pi-it". Which comes from Sundanese language meaning young sparrows .It is an eye catching template. But it is very simple look modern template.

Okay. I think you'll like this template and download it. Now let's setup this template step by step.

Upload Template to Blogger Blog

Login to your blogger dashboard and click on drop down menu of your blogger. Now select Template from the drop down menu. Then click on Backup / Restore button at the right corner of the page. Choose the template file and upload it. Now you already uploaded it to your blog. But we have to do few changes for your blog. Here's how to do that.

Setting Header

In this template you can't see your blog name. Because Anak Pi-it logo has included to header by template designer. So we have to change this logo to our logo. The logo size is 150x50px.

Create own logo to this size. Now upload it anywhere of the internet and copy the image URL.

Then go to Template > Edit HTML and put a tick to Expand Widget Templates. Now press Ctrl+F and find the code input-logo.png, this is the name of the Anak Pi-it logo. Then replace input-logo.png with your logo image URL.

Setting Tweet Ticker Widget

There is a featured widget comes with this template. It named as Tweet Ticker. This widget shows latest tweets of the owner. Template designer included Blogger twitter username as default. So you have to change it to your username. Go to Edit HTML and put a tick to Expand Widget Templates. Then press Ctrl+F and search for "tweet ticker". Now replace username with your twitter username. And change number of tweets to show on your blog change "count : 3" to another value.

Setting Social Icons Widget

This is another featured widget you can add to footer. Go to Layout > Add Gadget and select HTML/JavaScript gadget. Copy below code and paste it into gadget.

Now add your social media accounts to the widget. Replace # with your each social media account URL and save it.

Setting Subscribe Widget

Here you can add beautiful subscribe widget for this template. Go to Layout > Add Gadget and select HTML/JavaScript gadget. Now paste below code into gadget.
