In Google Chrome or Comodo Dragon web browsers there is an extension in Chrome Webstore to change Facebook Login page as your like. The name of this extension is FB Refresh and you can download it from chrome webstore from this link.

After the download extension go to the Facebook and you can see now your facebook login page is changed. So you can use another picture as a background by click on small icon like below picture.
You can upload images from your computer or you can find images from google search .
Uploading images through computer is takes long time. But getting images from url is very fast.
So go to google search and seacrh an image. Next right click on image and select "Copy Image URL".
Now paste URL in Image/Url upload text area and click Save.
You can change more settings like Size, Logo style, Box Color, Label Color etc...
Otherwise you can use your facebook photos as background theme of login page. Right click on any image that is on internet and copy paste url into text area of the extension's settings. It is very simple.
