Google Chrome Application Error : “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application.”

“The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application.”

This is an error in Google Chrome resultant of some viruses. Generally we have to face this problem on various windows platforms including Windows XP2, Windows XP3 or Windows Vista SP1.
If you're faced to this application error “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005).Click on OK to terminate the application.” when you're trying to open Google Chrome, then try following steps to solve it.

Right click on "Google Chrome" and go to "Properties" of the chrome shortcut you use to browse internet.
Under the "Shortcut" tab you can see a "Target" box.  In target text field you can see the location of the Google Chrome. At the end of the location add space and type --no-sandbox after the "chrome.exe"
If you're can't type it correctly copy and paste below word after the "chrome.exe"

--no-sandbox

And click "Apply > Ok". Now open the Google Chrome and it will open in Sandbox.
